Warranty periods are as follows:

1.) One growing season for trees, shrubs and evergreens.

2.) 30 days for vines, ground covers, roses, perennials, wild flowers and bedding plants.

3.) One year workmanship from date of installation.

4.) Materials covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Outdoor Images, Inc. makes no warranty on replaced plants, on the sale of bedding plants, any plant material used in above ground planters and extends only a warranty on lawn and garden  installed products.  We will not be able to warranty any ash trees as a result of the emerald ash borer infestation.

All other plant material to be covered once, to the original purchaser, to grow through the warranty period provided:

1.) The account was paid when due.

2.) The purchaser has cared for, and watered, the plant material in a responsible manner.

3.) Plant failure was reported during the warranty period.

4.) Proof of purchase is noted.

Outdoor Images, Inc. is not responsible for animal or mechanical damages, vandalism, traffic, natural disaster(s) or any other consequential damages.  The buyers remedies are limited to return of the plant and replacement thereof, ONE TIME by Outdoor Images, Inc.  We reserve the right to inspect all plantings and suggest corrective  measures prior to any exchanges, replacements, or extensions of warranty. 

All warranty issues MUST be reported in writing to Outdoor Images, Inc. within the year warranty period.  Warranty replacements will be done ONE time during the season.  If additional trips for warranty repair are ordered before the warranty period has expired, they will be billed at a time and material basis.
